Portfolio – Exodus
This was my first Game Wizards project, and I was one of the lead programmers. My responsibility was to create and polish the weapons, create the UI systems, and package the game for distribution. Exodus began my programming career. At first I was artist on the project, but I volunteered to learn programming when I discovered there were no dedicated programmers on the project. It was a difficult task to learn game programming and deliver usable code. With help from the technical director, I was able to deliver all of the needed systems and learn how to package Unreal 3 games.
